Natural Hand Care Treatment Ideas

Below are few ideas on how to treat your hand with nature products:

1.   Hand Bath

Boil water and add one tablespoon of herbs (use one or all of these: chamomile, nettle, sage, coltsfoot, and calendula).

2.   Homemade Hand Cream

*Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

*Mix 1 tablespoon egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, juice of lemon and rose water for dry skin.

      *Mashed potatoes with milk make a great hand mask.

      *Rub a piece of lemon on your hands to give your skin a more even tone.

      *Wash hands with sour milk or with a vinegar and water to restore the pH balance of the skin.

      *Mix 2 tablespoons oats, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon jojoba oil, 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

*Heating up natural beauty oil like coconut, almond, olive, jojoba or baby oil until its warm to the touch.

3.   Hand Scrub

*Mix half a cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of water and a couple dropsof your favorite scent or perfume.

*Assemble fine sea sand, sweet almond oil and a favorite essential oil.

Hand Care Routine Tips

For all the girls out there, I would like to tell you something that you really need to know if you don’t want to show your age by looking at your hands. You’ve got to take care of your hands. Most of girls are mostly focus on faces or maybe necks in terms of anti-aging, but please don’t forget your hands too. Basically hand caring is the same as caring for any skin only that because our hands are so exposed to the harshest things in our environment so they need some extra protection. It’s often said that if you want to know a person’s true age, look at their hands. So what are you waiting for, starts now coz it’s never too late.

The tips are as following:

1.   Use gloves

      Wear gloves when you working with your hands, wear latex gloves whenever possible.

2.   Use sunscreen

Whatever you are willing and able to spend on your face, share some with your hands too. Remember to protect the skin on your hands from the sun.

3.   Use hand cream for moisturizer day and night

Keep a tube of hand cream at house, work and your bag. Moistures your hands as many times as you can in a day. Massage some into cuticles and nails.

4.    Use natural oil

Oil treatment with natural beauty oil like coconut, almond, olive, jojoba or baby oil once a week.

5.   Use scrub

Use face scrub to scrub your hand once a week before apply hand cream.

A Walk to Remember

My junior recommend me this movie when i was in Taiwan. It's one of my favorite movie till now.
This movie based on a romance novel "A Walk to Remember" by Nicholas Sparks casting byShane West and Mandy Moore

Plot
When a prank on fellow high-school student Clay Gaphardt goes wrong, popular but rebellious Landon Carter (Shane West) is threatened with expulsion. His punishment is mandatory participation in various after-school activities, such as the drama club, where he is forced to interact with quiet, kind and bookish Jamie Sullivan (Mandy Moore), a girl he has known for many years but to whom he has rarely ever spoken. Their differing social statures leave them worlds apart, despite their close physical proximity.

When Landon has trouble learning his lines he asks Jamie for help. They begin practicing together at her house after school. At first Landon is only using Jamie for her help with the play, and treats her coldly when his other friends are around. But as he spends more and more time with her, he is surprised to find she is far from the person he thought she was, and begins to question whom he really wants to impress.

During the play, Jamie astounds Landon and the entire audience with her beauty and voice, and Landon kisses her on the stage. Afterwards, he tries to get closer to her, but she repeatedly rejects him. Soon thereafter, however, Landon's friends publicly humiliate Jamie by altering a photograph of her and placing her head on the body of a scantily clad woman. Landon angrily confronts his former friend, punching him and publicly siding with Jamie. Afterwards, Landon and Jamie begin a relationship in which Landon dedicates most of his time to her. He discovers that she has a wish list, and sets out to make all her ambitions come true, such as taking her to a state border so that she can stand on either side of the line and, thus, be in two places at once.

In the final stretch of the movie, Jamie confesses to Landon that she is afflicted by terminal leukemia and has stopped responding to treatments. Landon gets upset at first, and Jamie tells him the reason why she didn't tell him is that she was moving on with her life and using the time she had left but then Landon happened and she fell in love with him.

Soon, word gets out about Jamie's illness. Eric, Landon's best friend, comes and tells him how sorry he is and that he didn't understand. Other friends come and apologize too.

Jamie's cancer gets worse, her father rushes her to the hospital where he meets Landon. Landon doesn't leave Jamie's side until her father practically has to pry him away. Jamie's father sits with Jamie and tells her that "If I've kept you too close, it's because I wanted to keep you longer."

Landon continues to fulfill various wishes on Jamie's list, such as building her a telescope so she can see a comet. Through this process, Landon and Jamie learn more about the nature of love. The movie ends with Jamie's death, but only after the couple are married in the same chapel as was Jamie's deceased mother, the event that topped Jamie's wish list. Landon himself becomes a better person through Jamie's memory, achieving the goals that he set out to do, like she did.

Four years later, Landon visits Jamie's father. It is obvious that Jamie helped him to focus and become a better person. For example, he reveals he has finished college and been accepted to medical school; prior to meeting her he had no plans for life after high school. He tells Jamie's father that he is sorry he could not grant Jamie's wish to witness "a miracle" before she died. Her father says "She did. It was you."

Caticlan

When you arrived Caticlan airport, you need to take a van or tricycle to the ferry station (about 15-20 min) and then take a boat to Boracay Island (about 15 min) after you still need to take a van or tricycle to your hotel (about 15 min). We pay 700 peso per person for round trip but actually it will be less if you are more people, take the tricycle and just share the fees. i estimated if you guys are 5 persons it will be about 350 peso per person.

*Island Hopping where you can snorkeling at few places (Crocodile Island, Phuka Shell Beach, Crystal Cove) for 2000 peso for 3 hours. We have been cheated by the guide. They didn't bring us to these places at all. So remember not to pay them all amount in once.

Love is very strange.

Love is unconditional commitment to an imperfect individual.

You need it but when you love, it's like destining yourself for pain.

You become addicted and dependent on the person.

You become strong and at the same time, you open yourself up to being hurt.

It can also make you feel stupid and act stupidly.
