Resep Acar Mentah

Bahan-Bahan:

200 gr timun segar

200 gr wortel segar

20 buah cabe merah

20 butir bawang merah

4 sendok makan gula pasir

2 sendok teh cuka masak

300 ml air panas

1 sendok teh garam

Cara Buat:

1. Potong timun dan wortel dengan bentuk memanjang, bawang merah di potong bulat serta cabe diiris.

2. Wadah plastik campurkan air panas, gula pasir, garam dan cuka lalu diaduk hingga rata.

3. Tambahkan timun, wortel, cabe, bawang merah dan aduk rata.

4. Diamkan 15 menit lalu masukkan ke kulkas.
