Travel light, what to pack?

I start to travel since Y2009 either with family, friend or just by myself and now I am a travel addict.
When I start my first travel, my luggage is full with things that sometimes I even not sure why I bring them with me but now after few times experience with heavy luggage I learn how to pack light!  Remember to bring only what you need and not what you like.

Below is the list of things in general that I will bring for your reference. The list will change depends on the country I visit, weather etc…I normally will bring 2 bags: Kxxxxxg Shoulder bag and my stretchable Jxxxxxxt backpack.

What to put in Shoulder Bag:
  • Passport I normally will scan and send it to my email so I can access it anytime
  • Small purse To put cash, debit or credit card, student card or drive license card (I normally didn’t bring wallet when travel, small purse that can fit to put cash, few cards are enough for me)
  • Smart phone with charger For browsing, email, skype and I use it as a camera as well
  • Candy or light snacks In case you hungry during the trip
  • Wet and dry tissues
  • Sun block
  • Travel sickness tablets I always bring Txxxk Axxxn and it helps me to relief

What to put in Backpack:
  • Reusable shopping bag To put dirty cloths
  • Bath Towel Choose the light and fast drying one
  • Sarong It’s a must bring. I used it as scarf, beach blanket, cover-up etc…
  • Clothing: jeans, legging, short, T-shirt, long sleeved top, light jacket with pockets, casual dress, underwear (sport bra for ladies), socks The quantity depends on how long is the trip. Easy to wash and fast drying clothing is a must.
  • Light running shoes
  • Sandal light one as well
  • Washing detergent
  • Soap & Shampoo I normally buy single use soap and shampoo
  • Toothbrush & Toothpaste
  • Combination Padlock
  • Baseball Hat
  • Umbrella small and light one
  • Mosquito Repellant
***Make sure all your liquid items are separated from the rest of your things
***Roll stuff, don’t fold it. It takes less space and clothes are less wrinkly
